tremendous amount of fun, but also demanding both physically and
psychologically. Stretching exercises and warm ups are just the
beginning.

SURF WITH SAFETY WHILE HAVING FUN

Surf school is run twice a day with our
professional staff. The first day begins with our ground school,
which goes over ocean safety, surfing safety, and some marine
biology etiquette. The students will learn basic mechanics on how
to surf safely by themselves and among a group. The rest of the
week will be full of surfing, along with surfing education with
each student progressing at their pace.
"Teaching surfing education has been
a love of mine for ten years", says Kenny Hand.
"Introducing new surfers to this exciting, healthy,
life-fulfilling sport is our favorite thing to do in the
world."
At KowaBunga surf school, surfing and safety is
our #1 goal. Our staff is committed to teach each student
with the basic knowledge of surfing, ocean safety and
environmental awareness.
Student to Instructor Ratio is 3:1. All instructors
